More About Suzette
Suzette is a bilingual, bicultural Mortgage Broker living in Denver, Colorado. She has been a real estate professional for nearly 20 years, and a mortgage originator for almost 14 years. Suzette values her Latino roots and is regularly involved in activities to promote Hispanic homeownership. Her volunteer activities include serving on the NAHREP Mountain Region Board of Governers and served on the local Denver Board of Diretors for more than 9 years, most recently as President. Her passion is in advocating for policies that promote affordable housing.
Strong views on homeownership are based in part on Suzette’s immigration to the United States at the age of 12 from Caracas, Venezuela. Although she grew up in a home with highly educated parents, her family never owned a home during her childhood. Her children are her biggest source of pride. They have a sound financial education, and before the age of 24, three of them are homeowners.

Michael “Mike” Patton is a retired Veteran with extensive experience working with VA loans. His 20 years of service, experience as a VA Underwriter, and desire to serve military families provide him with a unique perspective that his clients seek out and appreciate. He has a Bachelor of Arts and is currently working on a Master of Business Administration. Having served in both the US Army and the US Air Force, Mike understands first-hand the challenges facing veterans in the civilian world.
With a Purple Heart and a Heart-of-Gold, Mike has the skills and experience to make sure your loan process is one part of your life you know is taken care of. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time in the gym, and with his partner, two dogs, and two teenage sons.
